Under Age 55?

People under 55 years of age are placed on a waiting list. Two weeks prior to the trip date this list will be called.


Arrive 10-15 minutes early.
We will leave on time. You may get left behind if are late so please allow yourself enough time.
End times are estimated.
Please park vehicles in the back of the parking lot, near Lake Drive.
We use motor coaches when possible. When we do, it is customary to tip the driver $2-3 cash.
Make sure you have emergency info/contacts in your wallet.
Some are allergic to perfume so we ask that you keep your fragrance to a minimum.

Greenhill Humane Society

They have a brand new building!  They operate the two largest animal shelters in Lane County.  It is a life-saving shelter.   Let’s go see what is new and get educated on how they save approximately 3,000 dogs, cats, and small animals each year.  After our tour we will head to lunch.  Your cost includes: transportation, tour and lunch.

Glass Fusion Fun & Food

The Eugene Glass School is known for it’s excellent glass blowing and fusion classes.  We’ll create a beautiful piece of art.  We will learn from a professional glass artists while we experience the wonder of glass first hand.  Once you have designed your piece, it will be left to be placed in a kiln and fused.  You can pick up our finished piece a few days later at River Road Park.  No experience necessary.  We’ll head to a filling lunch following the class.  Your cost includes: transportation, class and lunch.

Irish Green Celebration @ The Annex

Tonight we celebrate! Come enjoy our 3rd anual event filled with Irish festivities. We’ll begin with a delicious dinner followed up with music that will have your feet a tappin’. Please wear green, your Irish garb or anything that shows some Irish spirit. United States Bakery Tour

Better known as Franz Family Bakeries, it was founded in 1906.  Today we will learn about the incredible story of a 15 year old immigrant and his brothers moving to Oregon and founding one of the country’s most successful bakeries.  Did you know in 2006 they celebrated their 100th birthday by producing a Guinness world record breaking Hot Dog Bun of 104 feet!  Today we will tour the Springfield plant.  Your cost includes:  transportation, tour and lunch.

Spring Hanging Baskets

McKenzie River Nursery is our destination for this fun class! They will teach us everything we need to know to make our own beautiful hanging basket.  They supply soil, plants and container.  The baskets are left in their warm greenhouse and grown until May. We will pick them up in May, big and beautiful and you will come retrieve them at the park. Your cost includes: transportation, large hanging basket class, lunch and basket pick up from the nursery.  We will call you when it’s time to pick up your basket up at the park.

Ashland. A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Peter and the Starcatcher are the two show we will see as we return to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in the lovely city of Ashland. Spotlight on New York City Holiday | Dec. 2020

What could be better than New York City at Christmas? We are going to have such a festive fun time! Rock around the (Rockefeller) Christmas tree! Highlights include: Wall Street, 911 Memorial and Museum, Christmas show at Radio City Music Hall, Statue of Libery, Ellis Island and a Broadway show.  At the time of this write up some details have not been solidified.
