Under Age 55?

People under 55 years of age are placed on a waiting list. Two weeks prior to the trip date this list will be called.


Arrive 10-15 minutes early.
We will leave on time. You may get left behind if are late so please allow yourself enough time.
End times are estimated.
Please park vehicles in the back of the parking lot, near Lake Drive.
We use motor coaches when possible. When we do, it is customary to tip the driver $2-3 cash.
Make sure you have emergency info/contacts in your wallet.
Some are allergic to perfume so we ask that you keep your fragrance to a minimum.

Today we visit China without ever leaving Oregon. Once inside the garden walls, you’ll feel as if you’ve traveled through time to another era in a faraway world. Lan Su is a window into Chinese culture, history and way of thinking. A Women’s Symposium

The 4th annual women’s symposium in Eugene. This event is not just for women, it’s also for those who love and support the women in their lives.  The goal is to inspire women & their families to understand the importance of community involvement. They want those who volunteer to understand the significance they play in their communities.  In addition to 2 great motivational speakers they will have vendor tables with valuable information and resources.  Plus, there will be 3 breakout “hands-on” sessions, focusing on small ways anyone can “pay it forward” by volunteering. The 1st Annual Eugene BOOMERAMA Expo is  here. Exploring Silverton

Today, our travels will take us to remarkable Marion County.  The city is named after Silver Creek, which flows through the town from Silver Falls into the Pudding river, and thence into the Willamette river.  On July 16, 1855 Silver Creek became Silverton. How many times have you driven through and said sometime, I’m going to stop and explore?  Well, today you will.  We will have a knowledgeable Silverton ambassador who will show and tell us about life in Silverton. You may be surprised at what you discover.  We will complete our day with lunch.  Your cost includes: transportation, tour and lunch.

Oregon Coast Rail Riders

This will be a great group event so bring your friends! Grab your friends who are nature enthusiasts, birders, cyclists, and rail fans.  This ride starts in Wheeler and follows the Nehalem river.  We will go through dense tunnels of trees, over a historic steel bridge and enjoy the beautiful views of the Oregon Coast mountain range.  The custom designed aluminum frame is light weight and moves along easily.  The four seated pedal powered rail road bicycles have four recumbent seats, and pedals that propel the unit at your speed.  There is a 210 lb. weight limit.  Your cost includes transportation, early dinner and guided tour.

Al and Willie as “Lewis and Clark” were top-billed vaudevillians for over forty years. Now they aren’t even speaking. Glide Into it! . . . Bucket List #3

Get ready for an experience like nothing else, it’s time to ride and glide in North Plains, Oregon!  Riding in a sailplane (or glider, if you prefer) is the purest form of flying there is.  You’ll be sitting in the front seat of the glider with your pilot flying from the rear seat behind you.  The view will be breath taking.  In the small, quiet setting of a sailplane, you will experience the true freedom of the skies!  Up to 220 pounds can be accommodated.  You are encouraged to bring a camera but a strap is required. Santiam Excursion Train

The Albany & Eastern Railroad Company has a long history in the mid-Willamette valley. The excursion train runs over 17 miles of track on the Sweet Home branch line and is unlike any other in the Valley, or even the west coast.  While on board you will see amazing stretches of farmland, forest ranges and the beautiful Santiam river while rolling past the shipper’s sites and seeing the railroad world in action.  The round trip ride will include a delicious brunch buffet.  Your cost includes:  transportation, excursion and brunch.  NOTE:  We will pick you up at the River Road Annex , 1055 River Road.

Shop the Docks!

Have you ever wanted to buy seafood right from the boat, but weren’t sure what questions to ask or what to look for?  If so, now is your chance to learn more about buying seafood.  Experts with Oregon Sea Grant and the OSU will demystify the process during a 90 minute guided dockside tour in Newport. Seafood lovers will unite with commercial fishermen.  Participants will learn what seafood is in season, how it’s caught, whether it’s sustainable, etc. We will bring ice chests. Your cost includes: transportation, tour and lunch.

“Jest a Second”- Pentacle Theater

Fridays were made for dinner, theater and friends! We hope you can join us as we make our way to Salem. We’ll start with a delicious meal and then head over to the Pentacle Theater. Tonight’s main characters are Sarah and Bob who are expecting their first child and hosting a birthday party for Sarah’s mother. Sarah’s brother, Joel, arrives early to tell Sarah some news he’s put off telling anybody: He’s gay and has picked this evening to come out to his family. Realizing that no one is quite ready for Joel’s big reveal, Bob decides some deception is in order. The complications pile up in hilarious layers and build to a heartwarming conclusion. Christmas in Leavenworth | December 2-5, 2019

Leavenworth is a town specifically designed with Christmas in mind so get ready! You’re going to love it! We will be staying at the Enzian Inn, right in the heart of things. We’ll be busy during our 3 night stay but you will also have free time to do as you please.  It’s the perfect mix. We will indulge in an incredible daily breakfast that will get your motor going every day, enjoy a fun sleigh ride with humor and hot chocolate and visit a reindeer farm. We have planned three special dinners that will have your taste buds singing. Two special and wonderful concerts; a hand bell concert and a harp concert.
