USDA Snack Program

A snack is served every day. The ASAP program is sponsored by the USDA food program throughout the state and will provide healthy choices at snack time. Snacks are not meant to be a substitute for nutritious meals. On early release and no school day youth will be required to bring a healthy sack lunch and drink from home. Please let us know if your child has any dietary restriction or allergies.

The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
